THE SILENT SHADOW OF SIENA

This series of photographs is inspired by my admiration for Federigo Tozzi, the great Sienese writer and one of the most significant figures of the 20th century. He deeply described in his work the soul of this city and the atmospheres that characterize it from both a visual and psychological perspective. In some of his texts, the city’s shadows and light become revealing motifs of profound states of mind.
